From Partners to Parents

A daylong workshop to build necessary skills for your parenting journey

What: This is an experiential and participatory workshop for expecting and new parents who want a roadmap for how to navigate the transition from partners to parents. We provide an understanding of how this massive transition can impact you as individuals in your relationship, and as a couple, offering practical tools to support you both through this time. Come ready to communicate and collaborate together!

Topics include: pregnancy & birth, postpartum prep, the transition to parenthood, bringing baby home, mental health, roles & responsibilities, communication, boundaries, sex, body image, navigating family of. origin dynamic, and much more.

For Who: expecting or new parents, early in pregnancy through the first year postpartum, as well as couples trying to conceive, adoptive parents, and parents having their 2nd+ baby. Babies in arms welcome.

*While this offering may be most digestible when taken in pregnancy due to having time to integrate and practice the conversations and tools you’ll be learning, we still encourage parents who are within their first year postpartum to register, as all elements of of this workshop may support your partnership and family*
